EN590 10PPM ULSD Light Crude Oil LNG FOB / CIF Trade Documentation

Petroleum sourcing and international buyer coordination

Blockchain Avenue Sdn Bhd supports early-stage sourcing and commercial coordination for EN590 10ppm ultra-low sulphur diesel (ULSD), Light Crude Oil and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Our role is to clarify the product, identify appropriately authorised counterparties and help the parties assess a transaction structure. We do not claim to own refinery output, allocations, petroleum storage, vessels or title to third-party cargo.

EN590 10PPM ULSD

Diesel enquiries should specify the requested EN590 standard, sulphur limits, quantity in metric tonnes, delivery point, proposed schedule and independent quality-inspection approach.

Light Crude Oil

Crude oil discussions begin with grade, origin, API gravity or specification, quantity, loading and discharge locations, shipping arrangements and any applicable origin restrictions.

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)

LNG enquiries require clarity on delivery profile, indicative energy or volume basis, supply period, terminal compatibility, vessel or regasification arrangements and contract structure.

For verified buyers and credible authorised sellers

Good enquiries state practical information rather than relying on generic offers or unsupported proof of product.

  1. Confirm the legal purchasing or supplying entity, contact details and authority to negotiate.
  2. Identify product grade and exact specification, indicative quantity, delivery mode and preferred Incoterm (FOB or CIF where applicable).
  3. Clarify port or terminal, shipment timing, berth or vessel requirements and realistic logistics.
  4. Determine what independently verifiable cargo, allocation, title, origin and quality documents can be made available.
  5. Agree an appropriate inspection, sanctions-compliance and bank-acceptable payment sequence before undertaking commitments.

What matters before a trade proceeds

A purported SGS report, terminal letter or vessel nomination is not by itself proof that a seller owns cargo or can lawfully transfer it. We encourage direct independent confirmation with the relevant cargo owner, terminal, surveyor and financial institutions. Commercial terms, pricing, supply and seller authorisation remain subject to documented verification.

Important commercial note: Information on this page is introductory only. All transactions and projects depend on independently verified counterparties, lawful and documented rights, satisfactory due diligence and mutually agreed written contracts.
